Master class in honor of the holiday Family, Love and Fidelity Day

In honor of the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, on the initiative and with the organization of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the APR, together with the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, the Vladivostok City Palace of Children’s Creativity, held a group master class “Surfing Anger” for large families and members of the Russian Bar Association. The training was attended by large families with five or six children.

As part of the training, participants learned individual ways of dealing with anger, awareness, constructive expression, and using anger energy for positive purposes. As a result of the training, participants gained knowledge on how to get rid of anger, how to manage their feelings, emotions, and behavior, learned about the causes of anger and negative automatic reactions, and learned how to behave in various stressful situations (from family, domestic, and business cases).

The training was conducted by a professional mediator of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the APR, business mentor, business consultant of the Olga Statsenko Business Academy, international professional psychologist (36 years of experience), Shtelman Iosif Pavlovich.
