The Honorary Council of the Association is not a governing body of the organization and does not carry out economic activities in the organization.

Members of the Honorary Council of the Association can be both members of the organization (associate and full members) and other third parties (individuals and legal entities who are not members of the organization) who have special statuses, regalia, scientific achievements, indisputable business reputation, influence and merit on political, economic, social, international arena, share and support the statutory goals of the activities and tasks of the Association.
