Today, the President of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the Asia-Pacific Region, N.A. Lykova, took part as a speaker in the All-Russian Logistics Forum «Asia 2023», held with the support of Roscongress on the topic «Advantages of mediation as a method of out-of-court dispute settlement. The official Tool of the Asia-Pacific countries», in which she conducted a comparative analysis of differences in the understanding of mediation in Russia and the Asia-Pacific countries, differences in legislative regulation, practical aspects of the mediation procedure, told about the advantages of this method of dispute settlement.
