Today, in the context of the increasing spread of the 2019-nCoV coronavirus and due to the lack of information and speculative misinformation on the part of a number of information structures and people, and also amidst the increasing fear, aggression, intolerance, unrest and even mass psychosis, the number of conflicts in the World is increasing. In this regard, the Association expresses the hope that in view of the current circumstances, Countries and People will not forget the unfavorable historical experience,  and will remember such achievements of mankind as mediation and negotiations, and in order to resolve the disagreements that arise, they will resort to peaceful ways of settling disputes in order to ensure international security, prosperity of nations and the World Peace.
