CONFERENCE

At the initiative of the mediators of the Association, for the first time in the framework of the IV Pacific Legal Forum “Prospects for the development of legal science, practice and education in the APR” at the Far Eastern Federal University, a scientific and practical conference “Mediation and Arbitration Courts” was held. The Association took an active part and assisted in organizing work of the Forum. The conference was moderated by our mediators Natalia Gennadievna Prisekina and Natalia Andreyevna Lykova. It was attended by mediators and arbitrators from Russia, the People’s Republic of China and South Korea. They discussed and acknowledged the problems of the development of mediation and arbitration and shared their practical experiences. Our mediator Natalia Andreevna Lykova made a presentation on the topic «Difficulties in resolving disputes and conducting mediation procedures with the participation of citizens and companies from different States of the APR».
