COOPERATION AGREEMENT

The Association signed a formal cooperation agreement with the autonomous non-profit organization «Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration». Currently our mediators, together with the Russian Arbitration Center, have begun to develop arbitration and mediation in Russia and the APR countries, and the parties to the dispute have the opportunity to use alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation – arbitration, mediation-arbitration-mediation, arbitration-mediation.
