Today is the birthday of the Association. We have gathered the best and strongest mediators and Intermediaries of Primorsky Krai, who for many years have been engaged in the settlement of disputes (conflicts) and have extensive practical experience in resolving them, as well as developing alternative types of dispute resolution, including mediation and intermediation in Primorsky Krai, Far East and APR. It was our mediators and intermediaries who were the first to conclude mediation agreements in the courts of general jurisdiction of Primorsky Krai and the Arbitration Court of Primorsky Krai. It was thanks to them, which ensured that the rulings of the Arbitration Court of Primorsky Krai contained information that litigation could be settled through mediation and intermediation. It was our mediators and intermediaries who began to participate in the first dispute settlement procedures with the participation of authorities, local governments, with the participation of state and municipal enterprises and institutions of Primorsky Krai. It was our mediators and mediators who became the first to establish relationships between mediators from the Asia-Pacific region and Primorsky Krai. It was our mediators and intermediaries who were the first from Primorsky Krai to take part in Russian and international mediation competitions. It was our mediators who from 2016 to 2018 conducted various seminars and round tables on the development of mediation in Primorsky Krai, Russia and APR. Now we are together. We are Family.
