LECTURE

Today, the President of the Association, Lykova Natalia Andreevna, delivered a lecture within the framework of the FEFU program to improve the existing qualifications of notaries on the topic titled «Peculiarities of notarization of mediation agreements».  Within the lecture she also brought attention of the notaries to the specifics of the procedure of certification of a mediation agreement and to the problems and negative consequences that they may face in the course of completing the mediation agreement.
