Today, in the framework of joint activities with the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Krai, President of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the APR Natalia Lykova held lectures for third-year students of the Vladivostok branch of the Russian Customs Academy and Vladivostok State University on the topic «Alternative dispute resolution methods», as part of the lecture, students were introduced to various out-of-court methods of resolving disputes, the possibilities of mediation and judicial reconciliation in resolving disagreements between the parties were disclosed in detail, and the topic of the development of school mediation and the development of the volunteer movement, the institution of curatorship in this area was touched upon.
