Today the Honorary Member of the Association Melnikov Yuriy Borisovich took part in the XVII International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the memory of M.I. Kovalev «Reconciliation in Law: Compromise or Concession?» and gave a successful report on “Protection of victim’s rights through the prism of reconciliation”.
