SPEECH AT THE SEMINAR

President of the Association Lykova N.A. addressed representatives of 54 different organizations of Primorsky Krai with a report «Conciliation procedures in the system of arbitration courts. Novellas» within the framework of the practical seminar «Procedural changes in the work of arbitration courts», organized by the company «Basis», a regional representative of the All-Russia network for the dissemination of legal information Consultant Plus in Primorsky Krai. A representative of the Prosecutor’s Office of Primorsky Krai and a representative of the Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Krai also took part in the seminar and gave speeches.

At the seminar, our mediator successfully conveyed to the audience information about methods of resolving disputes such as mediation, negotiation, intermediation, judicial conciliation.
