Week of knowledge for parents

Today, as part of the «Knowledge Week for Parents», a seminar on the topic «Prevention and ways to resolve interpersonal conflicts at school: advice from a lawyer, mediator, psychologist» was held on the basis of the company «Basis» (Consultant Plus).

The seminar was attended by Natalia Lykova, President of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the Asia-Pacific Region, General Director of the law company Vintsere LLC, professional mediator, arbitrator; Iosif Shtelman, professional mediator of the Association of Mediators and Intermediaries of the Asia-Pacific Region, psychologist of the Institute of Clinical Psychiatry and Psychology; Elena Tavakalova, educational psychologist of the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical, medical and social assistance in Vladivostok.

The seminar discussed the issues of who can resolve school conflicts, what institutions exist for resolving school disputes, what life positions of parents influence the behavior of a child at school, what is conflict, how it develops, how to recognize by the behavior of a child that a conflict is brewing at school, what actions should parents take, how the project «School Curator» works, etc.
