The Coordinating Council

Today, the President of the Association, Natalia Lykova, took part in a meeting of the Coordinating Council under the Department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug on the implementation of the Concept of developing a network of school mediation services within the framework of restorative justice for children, including those who have committed socially dangerous acts, but have not reached the age from which criminal responsibility begins in the Russian Federation.
